West Bengal Minister Firhad Hakim visited the residence of the late Trinamool leader Saifuddin Lashkar in Jayanagar following his tragic murder on November 13. The regional president of Trinamool was shot dead in the early hours of the day, and subsequently, the suspected Sahabuddin Lashkar was also fatally assaulted. The incident was accompanied by a series of retaliatory actions, including the burning of houses belonging to CPM workers and supporters in Daluakhaki village.
